Hard Disk Check

The disk check utility allows the identification and fixing of file system errors. Microsoft Windows operating systems have a special utility CHKDSK for this purpose. This program also checks disks for physically damaged sectors (bad sectors). If such sectors are detected, they are marked as bad ones and the system no longer tries to engage them.

Graphic Interface

For Windows 7, 8 and 10:

  1. Open My Computer (for Windows 8, press Windows + E).
  2. Right-click on the disk you want to check, and select Properties.

To avoid damaging the disk and corrupting the data, do not interrupt or stop the disk check when in progress.

Command Prompt

For Windows 7, 8, and 10:

  1. Click Start>Run (or use the Win + R hotkey). In the pop-up window, type chkdsk x: / f / r (no quotation marks, x is the name of the disk on which the game client is installed) and press Enter or OK.
