Can I get compensation for my in-game assets?

As stated in our Terms of Service: “all Virtual assets represent a limited license right governed by the terms of this Agreement, and are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from WN at any time”. Additionally, please feel free to consult our End User License Agreement (EULA).

We do not compensate for in-game "Credit" transactions. Please note that each player bears responsibility for all account and in-game actions across all game servers.

We will not compensate or reverse in-game (Garage/Hanger) actions (even accidental purchases) for the following:

  • Spent Gold
  • Premium vehicles which have been in battle
  • Premium aircraft which have seen combat
  • Sale of non-premium vehicles/aircraft
  • Lost crew members
  • Experience spent on a new vehicle or module
  • Equipment or consumables purchased via the Garage/Hangar
  • Vehicle aesthetics (camouflage, emblems, inscriptions)
  • Ammunition
  • Premium time purchased over 24 hours prior to the submission of a ticket to support

We appreciate your efforts and desire to play our games and our team strives to take all of our players' feedback and concerns into consideration. We ask for your continued understanding in this regard, as virtual assets do have value.
