I received a request to delete data I process on behalf of WG

If you received an email that asks you to delete all data that you process on behalf of Wargaming, here are some commonly asked questions.

Why did I receive this email?

This email was sent to you because you have previously signed up for a Developer account for the Wargaming API (to use Wargaming Developer Room) and have accepted the Wargaming API Terms of Use.

What do I need to do?

In the Terms of Use, we ask that «if requested by Wargaming, delete personal data obtained through API without undue delay».

Please consider our email as a request to delete all the data associated with the SPA IDs listed in the email. If you do not store such data, this requirement does not apply to you, and the request can be ignored.

I don't remember signing up for a Developer account.

If you have never signed up for a Developer account for the Wargaming API, and believe that you received this email in error, please let us know! Use the yellow button at the bottom of this page to Contact Support/Create Ticket.
