Can I get a refund for my Premium shop purchase?

We do not offer refunds for virtual goods which have been bought via the Premium shop and have been used or spent.

As stated in our Terms of Service: "Any applicable fees and other charges on your Account are payable in advance and are not refundable. We may, from time to time, without prior notice modify, amend, or supplement our fee and billing methods. We will post those changes in the corresponding section of the relevant Service(s)."

If any change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel your Account at any time, but Wargaming.net will not refund any fees that may have accrued to your Account before such cancellation, and we will not prorate fees for any charges.

Additionally, please feel free to consult our End User License Agreement (EULA).

Please note that each player bears responsibility for all account and in-game actions across all game servers. 

We will not be able to offer a refund for the following items purchased from the Premium Shop:

  • Gold which has been partially spent
  • Premium armored vehicles which have seen combat
  • Premium aircraft which have been in battle
  • Consumables which have been used and exhausted.
  • Premium time purchased over 24 hours before submitting a ticket
  • Gifts sent to the wrong player which has been accepted and used/consumed

However, if your purchase remains unused, please submit a ticket to our Billing Department.

We appreciate your efforts and desire to play our games and our team strives to take all of our players' feedback and concerns into consideration. We ask for your continued understanding in this regard, as virtual goods do have value.

We can offer a refund of your purchase if you made it on the wrong server and the goods are unused. 

If you accidentally purchased gold or package on the wrong NA account, you can have it transferred under the condition that the virtual goods remain unused or spent.
