Changes to the Ship-Recovery Rules


At the start of the year, we launched a system that helps automatically recover Premium ships that have been sold by players. This has allowed us to reduce the response time for this category of requests to a minimum. Unfortunately, some users have tried exploiting vulnerabilities in the system to gain additional benefits.

We want to preserve the ability to quickly resolve the issue of recovering a ship. However, in order to protect the system from cheating, we have to introduce some restrictions.

Starting from November 20, the following changes will be made to the rules for recovering Premium ships that have been sold:

  • You can request the recovery of no more than one ship per month.

Before these restrictions are introduced, you’ll have a little more than a month to recover any number of Premium ships that you have previously sold.
